About Me
My path into psychotherapy has been shaped both by formal training and by my own life experiences which have given me a deep compassion for the struggles people face and the qualities that can be found in adversity.
Recognising neurodiversity and the unique way that each individual meets the world has enabled me to have a better understanding of how important it is for each of us as individuals to find a sense of purpose and meaning.
I believe that through finding this sense of reconciliation within ourselves we become able to move forward in our lives, in our finding connection with others and the wider community.

Together, we can explore how your past and present experiences may be shaping your life today. Therapy does not erase what has happened, but it can bring new awareness, self-acceptance, and freedom from repeating old patterns. Over time, many people find this process offers relief, resilience, and the chance to live more fully in the present....
Therapy is an opportunity to pause and reflect in a space that is just for you. Many people come to therapy because of anxiety, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, or feelings of being stuck. Others seek therapy as part of a journey of self-discovery and growth.
I provide emotional support to navigatie life's difficulties, with the aim of helping you enhance your emotional well-being to better cope with your current circumstances.
